There is no chance of any office or residential in the medium term, even though Regina's population and economy are booming. No one wants to live downtown these days.

The new central library has had high-rise concepts attached to it in the past and it is out for RFQ responses.

Hotels have made a huge recovery since COVID, so that is a small possibility.
