Zero electrical work or drainage work has been done. Another 4-6 weeks to join the bridge deck and you anticipate more delays due to weather.
They might do something stupid where they are sloppy as fuck and open it up to NB only traffic while they continue to do periodic lane closures to redo a ton of work and continue construction through 2026 and 2027.
