Very similar. In fact both malls had grocery stores when they first opened and were both around the same size (between 500-600k square feet). Although I'm sure Westmount in a more populated city/region had higher sales per square foot in its heyday.

As if Farhi needs more London holdings in his real estate empire. I recall an English man on YouTube walking around Ontario's London asking: "Who in the heck is Farhi and why is his name on every other building in London?"
