Scotiabank Arena in Toronto is "sunken" like that from what I remember. the concourse is half-way up the arena and is at ground level.
Great news for Hamilton to see an actual major sponsor for the arena. Keeping it as the "Coliseum" keeps it on brand and may actually shift people to saying "the Coliseum" instead of "Copps".
