I agree that an arena makes way more sense. The Red Sox are great but they are in a summer league for college kids. They only have about 20 home games per year. Baseball stadiums are not well suited for multipurpose uses and take up a lot of land. This would be a great waste of prime land IMO. The former Mosaic Stadium site would be better suited.
