When is Danielle Smith going to cross the line from being openly Maple MAGA, to treason against Canada? She is such an embarrassment.

Hopefully the RCMP investigations into her shady dealings in Alberta, will lead to criminal charges. At this point I would not be surprised to learn she has ulterior motives for her numerous meetings with right wing MAGA personalities. Perhaps she is laying the foundation to flee to the US, and join FOX News, if the RCMP ever do come after her...

How does one sneak across the border? TJ's a great place to purchase European dairy products which never see the light of day in Canada.

It wasn't that long ago folks on this board wanted more grocery competition in Canada with the likes of Aldi. Now, Galen Weston is the saviour of Canada.

I’m obviously out of the loop… what shady dealings was she personally involved with that would warrant charges?

Also, why are you accusing her of treason? Is it because she won’t put a tariff on O&G exports?

PP can't even beat Carney on the "reduce the cost of living" question, that's telling.

If there was no wrongdoing, Smith would not be subject to an RCMP investigation.

I couldn't watch 20 minutes either, so I zeroed in on what he had to say about Trump and the tariffs. To his credit, I liked what Poilievre had to say. The problem is that ship has already sailed. Trudeau did it at the beginning of February, and knocked it out of the park.

I doubt it makes much of a difference.

Observing Carney interacting with people and he has a bit to learn imo. Despite all the complaints about Pollievere's likeability I would not say Carney is more warm and affable than Pollievere. Probably more condescending in a way.

The risk of an elite parachuting right into the thick of politics.
