He can't look too bad (Carney) but now he has advantage of low expectations. I'd be practicing 5 hours a day but he's ultimate technocrat and probably spending most of his day governing rather than thinking about campaign. You better believe Poilievre is honing colloquial French expressions that Carney won't understand or will misinterpret.
