I am in the camp that thinks PP will have difficulty rallying people against Carney. Carney is most definitely not JT, and, he has removed the carbon tax as an irritant.

The real election battle will be fought against Adolf Drumpf. This places PP at a distinct disadvantage, since most people view him as a pro-trucker MAGA-light acolyte of Adolf Drumpf. If the Liberals were smart, they should just ignore PP (aside from continuing to draw comparisons between him and the US MAGA movement), and concentrate their election rhetoric totally toward the rise of American fascism.
