I doubt it. Justin has publicly provoked Trump many times now to boast his cred amongst the LPC base, which is as disastrous as his handling of the India diplomatic relationship.
At least Carney has a clean slate, and there's no personal irritant between him and Trump. At least it's believable that Carney and Trump will have a professional relationship, even if it's not warm.
