Looking at Google, not sure if its current, the former Best Buy on Kingsway across from Metropolis (in Centrepointe at the other end of the pedestrian overpass) now appears to house a Shoppers Drug Mart, Moore's suits and a Starbucks and a school upstairs.
To the west, it looks like a BMO moved out?
I think all these standalone retail spaces will need store that are destinations, rather than run of the mill stores or boutiques.
