Excuse me. Then please explain to me who owns the crown corporation and who does the crown corporation respond too?
Please also explain to me who is in charge of overseeing personal care homes if it’s not the provincial governments.
Years before COVID these federally owned care homes had many many complaints filed against them and the provinces did nothing.
