338's polls are an average of mostly polls taken in a different universe. Apparently Ekos stated Now that Trudeau has resigned who will you vote for which is why they got different results than those just saying which party. As a new leader becomes known Trudeau won't be a factor (Unless Freeland wins in which case the airwaves will be filled with video of them together) Actually the Cons need to tie Carney to Trudeau and it won't be that hard. A ton of ads that the Liberal team is still intact, drove us into the ditch as Obama said and now wants the keys back. I think framed correctly that can work. But if we are in 25% tariffs and 600k layoffs a week people will straight up look at who is a better economic manager.
