We need her and all OC Transpo senior management and Ottawa city council and Ottawa senior management to take the bus for 2 weeks for everything that they need to do within the city of Ottawa - evening party, shopping, appointments, sport events with kids... heck throw in a one day ParaTranspo adventure. That will make things a reality for them to see how the most vulnerable in our city face their day to day - these senior over paid "leaders" talk about understanding, empathy and lived experiences - lies.
