I have been waiting for 18 years, and overall, there will be more transfers, longer walks and slower travel times. I have long ago given up.
Sorry to say this, but you are much more likely to get a lump of coal than the fix you are hoping for. Their plans didn't work out. Too bad to the public. Most won't notice or care.
