I don't think she's going to thank the premier responsible for people dying in the ER of heart attacks without even seeing a doctor, because he couldn't fund a proper system of clinics like those that exist in other provinces. When the ER ends up being the only option for a lot of New Brunswickers with non emergency medical ailments and maladies, that is completely unacceptable.
Yeah, it would be preferable to run modest surpluses until we pay down the debt more, but the key word there is moderation. Most New Brunswicker's didn't see Blaine Higgs's large surpluses as the result of moderation, but rather, negligence.
