Finding out by the end of the month is a nice deal. At this point, something needs to rise. Even if there was a 300 ft cut just for the sake of concept... if it rises... more the merrier. Better than a capped hole in the ground.
Long term will be key. Others will come. Hopefully no major alterations are in the works.
