The City Market doesn't feel any bigger than the West End Safeway stores. The foyer is so far unimpressive - an empty box space full of escalators (some not working), and a disappointing Starbucks kiosk. It might improve when the other restaurants/coffee shop that have signed up open. There is no food hall operator yet - so we'll have to wait on an announcement about that. Are there other retail units, or tenants? I haven't seen anything announced.

there is a Brazilian steakhouse, their first location in Canada, they have multiple locations in the USA. It looked to be geti+ting worked on when I walked past in December.
