There is nothing in planning that prohibits a new build of the scale and design of what was built in the Post. What does prohibit it is project economics. The Well is an interesting one, if they could redo it they would not have built that expansive retail concourse, not accretive whatsoever. That is straight from the horse's mouth btw.

Also I went to check out the Post because it's my business to visit and understand what is being built in Vancouver. I have visited nearly every notable new development in Vancouver and most in the burbs too... That and I was hungry.
