I'm not sure what a reinvigoration of Brunswick Square would look like. Is the upscale urban mall model still viable in 2023 or would it need to be repurposed?
Outlet shopping like Freeport, ME. Build it and maybe the customers will come. Take a % of sales instead of rent to minimize risk for retailers to open up.
