It has nothing to do with single family homes. Philly is full of single family homes. London is full of single family homes. It's about dystopian hellscapes like Plano.

Also, what does Plano have to do with "small villages and family farms"? Plano has gigantic roadways, huge commercial clusters and massive housing developments.
