Considering that Lougheed already have so many Asian grocers like H-Mart and Hannam along with Western grocers like Walmart and Save-On-Foods. Is there even a market for another??
Both Richmond and Station Square have nearby T&Ts.
Lougheed has the nearby H-Mart.

Are they trying for Asian "nodes" co-locating?
(versus Brentwood area which doesn't have a nearby Asian grocer, does it? but where to?)
Would they be better off converting the Main & 13th Save-on-Foods to a PriceSmart?
They changed the King Edward Village store to Save-on-Foods.
