Not too sure if pivoting to being an "Asian" grocer is yielding any success for Price Mart. Every time I go to their Richmond or metro-town location, it is dead. But maybe that can differentiate themselves in other ways?
Considering that Lougheed already have so many Asian grocers like H-Mart and Hannam along with Western grocers like Walmart and Save-On-Foods. Is there even a market for another??
