Full gut job renovation is the only way if you want to command the overpriced rates that Vancouver tends to have although they would most likely sign a sweetheart deal securing months of solid bookings for cruise ship season.

Hopefully a proper hotel chain is named (is it still Ritz Carlton the leading rumour?) after the massive let down of the Paradox and it's choice to be turned into an extension of the Granville strip.
