Maybe I missed it, but any word on phase (neighbourhood) #2 - seems awfully quiet - maybe phase 1 wasn't all that profitable or maybe there isn't enough demand? I know Phase 1 is still wrapping up, but you'd think there would be news on Phase 2 by now if it wasn't on hold.
