Agreed that this is a very poorly thought out plan. Is it too late for second thoughts???
Also agree about the "bunker" comments. But, given this is Ottawa, perhaps this is the plan. Is this arena big enough for all the MPs, senators (the parliamentary ones), and the senior civil servants and all their families in case of a nuclear apocalypse????
