The new arena won't be able to handle a couple people on the roof, so not sure how useful it would be as a nuclear bunker
I feel like OSEG rushed to complete a plan without giving it much thought in order to get approval from the developer friendly Council before the Fall election.

esquire question, the field to the right is the "great lawn", a key feature at Lansdowne to host events, so it's untouchable. If they could at least build the arena so that it can accommodate crowds on the roof, it wouldn't be so bad I guess.
