I recall rousseau pointing out very clearly that no "prior actions" of his required any "redemption"; can we expect you to give him a break based on the idea that "each individual's redemption is specific to them" (in his case: none needed), or you'll change your mind about this in the next half-hour and go back to the notion that his Original Sin of Whiteness demands atonement?
