It appears that's owned by
DeeCorp. That's the company who haven't yet done anything with their Granville and Davie property. There wouldn't be anything to prevent them combining the site with the Paul Y site, or selling, but there are no requirements to combine them. I think the site sold a few years ago, so Paul Y missed the chance to buy it then.
