Personally, this ARC Bay Parkade project is interesting, if rather overdone. While perhaps impressive, the tower roof has an "organic" look to it that renders the building - IMO - strange.
The rippled top combined with the geodesic view window smacks of a sea lamprey eel with a sucker and rows of ugly rings of triangular teeth. A straight angular cut would be better.
So might a more elegant, less wavy tower. As I said, it is just a bit too strange. While this may be a laudable attempt to be daring, it somehow misses the mark. But tweaked, why not.
