Don't let those cinder blocks fool you. The parking lots are accessible and great places to teach your kids how to drive.

I've driven by at night and noticed while on A-50 some suspicious looking car to car deliveries occurring there.

I look out for parking lots like that as I've been trying to teach my kids how to drive a manual transmission car.
