I'm surprised that no one has posted the occurrence of a key step:
the Invitation to bidders went out Friday, with this process closing April 2019.

Upcoming key steps:
(1) Shortlisting of up to 3 teams - -June/July?
(2) Selection of successful contractor team - ?
(3) Contract signing - ?
(4) Construction begins - '2020' but no further clarity at this stage
A little item that could play with the list - a federal election on 21 October 2019 - and any surprise BC election...
It would be interesting if anyone is able to add good dates.
