Looks like it will be a larger, replacement parking garage for Emory, which then frees up the need for the current surface lot at Linden and Peachtree. Have a buddy who works at an engineering firm that is working on an Emory Cancer building to go up at that surface lot at Linden and Peachtree. Two designs currently under consideration; a shorter, less than 10 story building that would take up the entire footprint of the lot; and a taller, 15+ story building that would only take up part of the footprint. Hoping for the shorter design so as not to block our west view.
Buddy also said the 4-story garage with the corkscrew ramp at the back/west end of the surface lot picture will also be demolished
