Looks like it will be a larger, replacement parking garage for Emory, which then frees up the need for the current surface lot at Linden and Peachtree. Have a buddy who works at an engineering firm that is working on an Emory Cancer building to go up at that surface lot at Linden and Peachtree. Two designs currently under consideration; a shorter, less than 10 story building that would take up the entire footprint of the lot; and a taller, 15+ story building that would only take up part of the footprint. Hoping for the shorter design so as not to block our west view.

Buddy also said the 4-story garage with the corkscrew ramp at the back/west end of the surface lot picture will also be demolished

So the 1920’s era building connected to the corkscrew garage will remain for the foreseeable future?

I’m hoping that delta credit union on the other side of midtown station meets its maker soon, too.

That ain't going anywhere. It is the building that houses all of AT&T's networking equipment for our telephone lines. I believe they use the MARTA line as a trunk for some of their cables.

The picture a few posts up of 725 Ponce reminded me of this story about the concrete they're using to construct that building: https://money.cnn.com/2018/06/12/technology/concrete-carboncure/index.html
