Regardless of Eviva's design, filling in that lot during this cycle would have made a huge difference to the area, IMO. They originally announced that a grocery store was planned at 1138 Peachtree but I seem to recall that the amount of retail space was decreased in the most recent version of 'Yoo on Peachtree', making a grocery store unlikely.

Its such a niche that it will be by far the largest grocery store in Midtown.
