Things must be going well development-wise here if we all are arguing about how "urban" something is. This is a development of multiple buildings on a large and currently vacant lot on the fringes of downtown.
In my opinion, anything is better than a vacant lot in a high-visibility section of the city. Hell, a low-rise, vinyl-clad subdivision is still better than a vacant lot.
