I don't get you all. You are all about saving the exchange but then we have a fort that's even older then this city and its whatever. Also please don't tell me it isn't there. The actual foundation is still below Main Street and the park. It was exposed during Main Street renewal a decade ago and the park.
As for a tower in the corner. Well that WAS offered and crystal said NO. If you want to complain to anyone. Complain to crystal who were just trying to bully their way or else.
