I nixed living on Edmonds due to the traffic - that's where the buses travel to get to Kingsway. Anyone living there should know that before moving in. I haven't found crossing it to be too bad, even at 16th.

Kings Crossing won't be fronting a major-ish street and will have internal streets so it shouldn't be too bad. We'll have to wait and see. I'm sure the streets they're showing aren't crossing the whole site in a straight line on purpose to discourage people racing through it as a shortcut.
