Plus they changed the roads so trucks take Byrne Rd to Southridge Dr and then either straight across 10th Ave, turn up Griffiths Dr or down 20th St - so a lot of traffic bypasses Edmonds.
The first towers listed for Southgate are 28 and 32 floors.
