I wonder how cooperative Denver would have been if not for the fact that Adams County had them by the short hairs. Understandably Denver's motivation and Adams County's leverage resulted in the original, unique agreement.
But I do agree it was good they reached a mutually beneficial agreement.

Airport City is actually different than the Aerotropolis, but it's probably a big step towards it, especially with Hancock still at the helm.
