Just a quick reminder to all, the MGen Pearkes Building is NOT being sold, redeveloped, demolished or evacuated by the DND. The long term plan for DND housing in the NCR involves the Nortel Campus, All the Quebec properties (as required by a governmental directive to maintain 20% of office space in Quebec), Startop and Pearkes. The Pearkes building will likely be the loacation for offices of the CDS, VCDS, Army, RCN, RCAF and HR. It is going nowhere. This vision, as far as I have been informed lasts until at least 2040.
