That phase 3 building at Industry is on the alleyway basically, it probably won't matter much on what it looks like as it will always be hidden. Plus, I think office/retail on the ground floor looks a whole lot better than a parking garage on the ground floor, and activates the street level for pedestrians a lot better.

The address comes up as 2920 Arkins Ct Denver, CO 80216 on google maps.
I've heard and seen numerous plans but nothing within the last few months. They were testing the soils, as of this morning, and might be pulling the trigger on this lot next so i thought i would ask all of ya'll?
