Aren't there also roughed in tunnels for stations at Bankers Hall for the 8th Ave Subway?

I think it's good foresight by a company to do this actually, simply because it will gain the benefit of having direct access to underground LRT as a building amenity .. In 20 years, if a tenant is choosing between two buildings like Brookfield and The Bow - the office space itself might be dated compared to new space on the market .. But having direct LRT access like that would be a big benefit

And I wouldn't think it's a ton of extra cost to dig a little more and pour some more concrete...
