Is it possible that the source may have been misinformed?
I say this only hoping that HP will still do 111S. Main, Boyer for 145S. State and then CCR would develop 99S. State (Tower 7) starting later this year.
The reason that the above may make sense is that as HP is already selling space and showing floor plans, the design would be more than 90% complete. Tower 7 however had been between 25% and 50% based on previous renderings. With an estimate of 75% designed, it would allow Tower 7 to be a true mixed use Commercial/Residential/Ground Floor Retail building. If this is the case, I do hope that they put some apartments above the commercial space since apartment vacancy rate is so low.
One can always hope...
