Salt Lake City: Official Development News Thread - Part 3

I had an interesting conversation with a good freind who works with one of the major utility companies in Salt Lake. He said that he had a meeting with the city on the 111 S Main project and they said that Hamilton Partners is no longer developing the project, CCRI (City Creek Reserve Inc) is developing it instead. He said he thinks that they are still using the same design becasue they are currently "75%" designed. I can't find anything about this online and the website with the renderings still says Hamilton at the bottom but I trust my source very much on this. It will be interesting to see when this news comes out.
