Really amazing. By 2020, Edmonton will be unrecognizable from today. Having just spent the weekend in Edmonton, I have realized that outside of the core, it actually feels like a larger city than Calgary... as if they planned for it to be as large as it has gotten, whereas Calgary seems to have only been planned to grow to 500 000. Inside the core, obviously Calgary's feels bigger, but Edmonton is just much more, or at least feels much more, built up throughout the city outside its core.
