Just read that again. Transfer users, which really means that occasional users can only use their Presto card one way, if you are crossing to Gatineau. At the same time, we are creating disincentives to use cash, ie significantly higher fares. I find this a major flaw if we are trying to encourage transit use, discourage cash payment, and promote interprovincial transit.
