Maybe a restaurant would be better suited for the location than another pub? Granted the Tap & Barrel is constantly busy, so maybe two could make a go of it.
However, we are in the midst of a great weather spell which has likely added to the T&B's business considerably. The test will be how they are doing when winter rolls in and it's dark at 4pm.
