The inclusion of Intermeccanica has also influenced the design of the development. While Mr. Rafii’s initial designs already featured industrial references, now buyers can choose from an array of Porsche themed interior options.

And note, all the above is for the site at the SE corner of Quebec & E1st. "The One" that Mr Patrick Lee mentioned is the SE corner of Manitoba & W1st... it has NOTHING to do with Intermeccanica or Meccanica, but it is a HUGE step forward for Pinnacle as the "P" word has NOT been included in the marketing.
