I'm almost certain that it's Luna.
1. You can clearly see the Galaxie Diner on 11th Street SW in the master bedroom shot, witch rules out Vantage (the other three would be in the way).
2. Unobstructed view to the east, which rules out Nova and Stella.
3. The ATCO building is south of 11th Avenue, making that angle
impossible from Vantage.
