Links to Portland Threads in "My City Photos" Section

I can dig up all the old long since buried Portland threads from the City Photos section and move them all into this section.

Since they long since buried they probably will never be viewed again anyway, but if moved here there would be a larger database of Portland photo threads and they would be alot more likely to be viewed again if they were here.

Only the ones that still displays the pictures of course.
